Are you looking for a fun and social way to get fit and healthy? Need time for yourself? Want to get to know some more women in the Coffs Harbour area and have fun at the same time?


Our program runs during school terms on various days of the week. Activities on offer include a range of fitness based sessions including water aerobics, box fit exercises, circuit exercises, yoga, pilates, dance  cycling, canoeing and kayaking.

Try Anything

Try Anything is also another favourite with our ladies, as we try something new each fortnight. This has ranged from Paddleboarding, Tai Chi, Yoga and more! If this sounds like you, come and sign up with Deadly Sista Girlz.



Bootcamp is a favourite for our ladies with our early morning Monday sessions from 6-7am. Our trainer mixes it up every week with runs, squats, walking, lunges, low impact sessions, high impact sessions, circuit style and more.
